Join us for a few hours, for the evening, or savour Bordeaux FEST from the first toast to the sweet finale. Tickets are limited. Evening ticket 15:00–19:30 Full-day ticket 10:00–19:30 Every ticket includes two CZK 100 vouchers towards the purchase of wine. Most bottles tasted will be available to buy — taste first, then choose exactly what you love. A Saturday in November need not be all about dreary weather. Come and enjoy a day of excellent wines, good conversation and a relaxed festival atmosphere. Bordeaux FEST is open to everyone — including those who do not plan to book an accompanying tasting or masterclass. Throughout the day, you can freely taste more than 100 excellent bottles. Red Bordeaux will take centre stage, complemented by dry whites, sweet wines and several carefully selected Champagnes. Every festival ticket includes two CZK 100 vouchers towards the purchase of wine. A great reason to take home the bottle that gives you the greatest pleasure during the day. Most bottles will be available to buy directly at the venue. No surprises: taste first, then buy exactly the wine that suits you. From noon, the hotel restaurant will offer a choice of three hot menus. As usual, you can also enjoy a bowl of authentic French Comté cheese with your tasting. Choose how you want to experience Bordeaux. The individual programmes flow naturally into the all-day festival tasting. Opening of Bordeaux FEST From 10:00, the festival tasting opens. More than one hundred bottles await, with red Bordeaux taking centre stage, complemented by dry whites, sweet wines and several remarkable Champagnes. The hotel restaurant will be open from noon until the evening. Walk & Taste · informal tasting A light, refreshing start to the day with the region’s elegant white wines. Discover how differently Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Chardonnay can speak in Bordeaux — from juicy citrus notes to nobler, more complex expressions. Second wines are not a compromise — they carry the style of their famous châteaux, often with earlier drinkability and an excellent balance of character and value. Masterclass · CZK 7,500 · Ing. Jindřich Navrátil The highlight of the day: nine iconic châteaux from one extraordinary vintage. Pontet-Canet, Rauzan-Ségla, Cos d’Estournel, Montrose, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Léoville-Las Cases, Lafite, Mouton, Margaux — an exceptional journey through the Médoc terroirs led by Ing. Jindřich Navrátil. Walk & Taste · informal tasting The festival closes with golden wines from Sauternes and Barsac. Seven samples will reveal their beautiful interplay of botrytised notes, honey, apricots, citrus and spice — as well as their ability to unite richness with refreshing acidity.
